The estimation of the direction electromagnetic (EM) waves from a radio source using electrically short antennas is one challenging problems in field astronomy. In this paper we have developed an algorithm which performs better and polarization estimations than existing algorithms. Our proposed Snapshot Averaged Matrix Pencil Method (SAM) modification to (MPM) based Direction Arrival (DoA) algorithm. general, MPM estimates DoA incoherent EM spectra unitary transformations least square method (LSM). SAM made context Space Electric Magnetic Sensor (SEAMS) mission study universe below 16 MHz. introduces snapshot averaging improve frequency thereby improving accuracy estimation.
